Horrible noise during the day from ongoing work!!! The electronic Do Not Disturb sign malfunctioned, resulting in uninvited housekeeping interruptions. Bathrooms are outdated and lack proper cleanliness. Refurbishment is essential to enhance the overall experience!!!

i almost gave this place a good review, but then i remembered the leaking room and the pathetic breakfast. it would’ve been nice to get a complimentary upgrade after all these issues too, instead of just being treated like everyone else. i'm sure better hotels get things right, what an absolute letdown, really.

A delightful experience! The spacious one-bedroom apartment offered tranquility with excellent noise cancellation. The staff, especially the doorman, were welcoming and helpful. The breakfast was generous and tasty. Housekeeping was attentive to every detail, ensuring freshness and cleanliness throughout my stay. Perfect for a comfortable getaway.

Woke up each morning to a delightful breakfast spread. The staff here are wonderful, always eager to share a laugh or lend a hand. It felt like home.

Unfortunately, the gym area was a letdown. it felt cramped and neglected. The room's electricity was also erratic at times, causing some inconvenience during our stay.

I loved the comfy beds and how quiet it was at night. Staff were friendly and helpful, making us feel welcome. A downside was the unreliable WiFi. I had to use my data a lot. 😅

stayed at grand residency for a weekend trip and it exceeded my expectations! the staff was incredibly welcoming, especially shankesh and amita. the breakfast spread was delicious, especially the dosa, which made my mornings delightful.

The location was fantastic, nestled in the heart of Bandra with plenty of eateries around. The breakfast spread was impressive, fresh and delicious, and the staff were genuinely friendly and helpful.

Nothing everything was great.

Stayed in a Deluxe Twin Room for 3 nights. The room was surprisingly comfy, and the kitchenette was handy for snacks. Housekeeping kept everything neat and clean. The only downside was the gym. it looked a bit worn out. Also, the noise from the street was a little bothersome at night.

It was just a perfect match for a short staycation in Mumbai, great for the money. The staff was super friendly, especially at breakfast, where the dosa was fantastic. Bring some local currency to avoid extra charges when checking in.

It was just a fine choice for a brief hiatus in Mumbai with good value for price. The house staff was really accommodating when I needed extra toiletries. Check your kettle before you use it. mine had some weird stuff inside.
